This webinar will introduce participants to the topic of Prisoners of War or more commonly referred to as "POWs". Participants will learn who are POWs, what this legal status entails, and the relationship to IHL and its importance.
The speaker for this event will be Maxine Hart an legal intern with the American Red Cross IHL Dept. and rising 3L at Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.
