Living with Anxiety: A short film.

Anxiety: A feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. Take this feeling and multiply it by 100... waking up feeling this way every single day. This is what living with anxiety feels like.

I made this video to help show what life can feel like living with anxiety. This is a very raw and personal video for me. I need to share it to help others who may be struggling with this too. I have worked really hard to control it and maintain it - thanks to the support of my family, my friends and resources in my community.


1 in 5 Canadians suffer from mental illness. Let's break the stigma. Share and spread awareness for those living with Anxiety disorders.
