Tiger Prawn Risotto recipe | Super nice and easy

Hi guys!
This recipe is one of my family favorite. It's so easy to cook and simple things always turns up delicious.
Here are the ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
1kg tiger prawns (half peeled)
1 medium size onion (finely chopped)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
lemon zest from half lemon
lemon juice from half lemon
1tsp dry thyme
1tsp paprika
2tsp chilli flakes (optional)
1tsp parsley
1tsp salt
1tsp black pepper or to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 cups chicken stock or broth
