Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
Shallots chopped - 2 tbsp
Onion chopped - 1 small no
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Salt as needed
