The Regent International apartment building in Hangzhou, China, has around 20,000 inhabitants, a number comparable to a small town.

The building is 206 m tall and has 39 floors, it features a variety of amenities and stores, like a giant food court, swimming pools, barber shops, supermarkets, and cafes. Residents of the building can find anything they need in the building, so technically they don’t even need to go outside.
