Okay, a lot of you asked for it, so here it is.
This is the MiG-29 Fulcrum, it's the 5th jet that shares the same "F-14 base". it has a lot of similar steps as the Su-27 but blended with a few features from the F/A-18 from an aesthetics perspective. Again, this is not for beginners and some steps can be really tricky. But whatever skill level you're at, you're welcome to challenge yourself making this one. At least a lot less annoying than the moving wings of the F-14.
Just as the rest of the "product line", a square foil paper no less than 11 inches is recommended. I prefer using 30cm and that is 11.69 inches for these planes. And that is also around 1/144 for a scale model.
