This recipe is over 65 years old. my mum learnt it when she was still a child and has perfected it over the years. The unripe plantain pottage is so easy yet so delicious and will leave you wanting more. The ingredients for this unripe plantain pottage are very affordable and readily available.

Ground Uziza seeds
Scent leaf/African basil/Nchanwu/Effirin
Crayfish

Cow skin (kpomo)
