China has accused the US of 'bullying' other countries as Russia, China and India gather for talks at a security and development summit.
Victor Gao, vice president for the centre for China and globalisation, told Sky News: "I think there is only one country in the world which really is bullying around among many countries in the world."
He added: "It tries to impose itself on top of other countries as if whatever it dictates should be the real truth."
