Kraftwerk played four concerts in 1993:
1993-05-25 De Oosterpoort, Groningen, The Netherlands
1993-05-26 De Vooruit Concertzaal, Ghent, Belgium
1993-05-27 Klang Art Festival, Stadthalle, Osnabrück, Germany
1993-06-17 Ars Electronica Festival, Brucknerhaus, Linz, Austria
The setlist mirrors 1991 with a surprise addition of The Man-Machine. The tracks got updated a bit. The changes are welcome although I miss the live drumming by Fritz and Musique Non Stop is much shorter compared to 1991. The solos before each band member leaves the stage appear to be missing too. Radioaktivität sees a return of the famous Kraftwerk LED ties. Ralf has trouble with his microphone during this song. Die Mensch-Maschine sports some cool hollow sounding drums and a very raspy vocoder voice. A studio version using the same drums and vocoder was briefly heard on Kraftwerk's MySpace page circa 2009 but it was never released officially on any album.
We get to hear the German versions of the songs this time. Computerwelt has additional lyrics and a little brickhouse animation for "Eigenheim". If there's one track worth checking out it's Taschenrechner which shows the band in a good mood with plenty of silly antics by Florian.
At the last 1993 show in Linz Kraftwerk used a Doepfer Mogli-MIDI glove for Taschenrechner and Musique Non Stop. A modified Nintendo Power Glove that could produce MIDI controller data via motion gestures. Sadly no video footage of that performance seems to exist.
If you want to see the Mogli glove in action there's a video of it here:

Regrettably the video master of Osnabrück hasn't been circulated, the best we have for this concert is a multi-generation VHS copy. Picture quality is decent, but the audio has degraded noticeably. There's nothing we can do about it. In fact before this source had been circulated there was an even worse copy available. It's a nice demonstration of analogue video degradation.
I take no credit. I got this from my friend Babass and I felt like sharing it mainly for Taschenrechner which shows Kraftwerk and especially Florian at their best.
