An Inside Look Into The Philippine Army Officer Candidate School

The Philippine Army Officer Candidate School, located at Camp O'Donnell in Capas, Tarlac, trains enlisted personnel and individuals who holds a baccalaureate degree. Unlike the Philippine Military Academy, The cadets are trained in a one year leadership and management course which prepares them for service as a probationary 2nd Lieutenant of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
