Pollo en Adobo recipe:
4 Chicken Quarters
3 Roma tomatoes
1/2 onion
3 garlic cloves
5 guajillo chili pods
5-10 chile de arbol
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 cup white distilled vinegar
about 1 cup of water
salt to taste
