Beautiful turquoise water laps gently at a shimmering sandy beach. Watch what I did after part 1 with the sounds of waves breaking at Torquay.
I used white glitter and pearl pigment powder in the first layer to make the shiny wet-sand look, and turquoise basic pigment paste, titanium white pigment paste, OceanCoat and DiamondCote resin from Just Resin.
