Hey Fig Fam!
So you have a fig tree in a container that is growing really well and now that we're in summer it feels like its always drying out and constantly requesting water. Check the roots and see if it's rootbound. If so, check out this video.
2nd! If you are growing figs in containers this is the last time I fertilize for the growing season and have a simple fertilizer I add in with a well rounded slow release fertilizer that focuses on nutrients for figs to fruit and ripen their fruit for later in the season.
