STUCK?! Let's Experience the Mall of America Parking Ramp Elevators in Blizzard Conditions!!

First, I'd like to give my condolences to those who were affected by the major shooting here shortly after this was filmed. It's sad how so many horrid events are happening lately at big places like the Mall of America.

Second, I'd like to wish a Merry Christmas to those who celebrate!

For those who don't know, The Mall of America has two main parking ramps with 4 Otis elevators each. These elevators have been beat up and worn out over the years, but they still get the job done. They are known to be very glitchy, make odd noises and do weird things, especially in extreme cold temperatures. So, when I saw that we were getting Arctic air this week, I thought it would be fun to ride all 8 of these elevators and see how bad they gotten in the cold. This was probably a stupid idea, since it was -26 degrees (F) with the windchill, but I did it anyway! I'm sorry if this isn't my best video work, but I was more focused on staying warm than riding the elevators!

I hope you all enjoy this different type of video, and let me know what you think! I'll let you judge the quality of these elevators....especially the last one seen in this video.

Do you want to see more videos like this in the future? Also, I do wanna point out that I was probably riding the last elevator in this video for a bit too long, but it was fascinating to see what it was doing! (One other thing...sorry about if the lighting seems odd. Something seemed to go wrong when I exported the video)
