Why self development is pointless! Non-Duality explained

In this video I am talking about why it makes no sense spending time on self development.
First off:
The Ego/experiencer is always comparing, striving, seeking and never content so the Ego will buy into the need to change and "be better".
2ndly: You already are.. in the Authentic!
3rdly: there is no Self to develop! It is just an illusion!

I am using different phrases from Buddhist psychology that you can search for and read more into.
The someone believing itself to exist happens via "The 5 Skandas" the 5 levels of sense experiences that ends up in a "someone believing itself to exist".
The Authentic is in the Dharma called Anatta and the Void is called Sunyata.
And the barriers keeping you away from insight are called "The 10 Fetters"
