Shot the four stages of the 2023 ICORE International Postal Match again, plus a classifier (CS-004) and one field stage.
I just can't seem to tie together FOUR good stages for the IMP. I shoot 2-3 good ones, and blow the other, every single time I shoot them. (Okay, at best I do that. Sometimes I do worse.) Ah well, they test skills I REALLY need to work on, so they are good tests.
The classifier---yeah, I screwed up. There was NO reason that at that speed and distance, I didn't get all A-hits. I just wasn't paying attention, so what SHOULD have been a good classifier run just wasn't very special. (When I went through and shot the match in Classic division, I shot a MASTER-level classifier run. This LImited run was....sad.)
The field stage was a lot of shooting fast, and getting a negative score on a stage (which is good in ICORE, unlike everywhere else) is always a fun time.
If you shoot a revolver at all, you should shoot some ICORE. It really is a good time, even if you aren't a Revo guy. (Which I'm not.)
