Have you ever read the ingredients for your seasoning mixes? I am learning to make my own without all the stuff that I can't even pronounce. They add coloring to make it look "pretty." They add anti-caking agents to keep it from clumping together. Just a little shake and an added silica pack can keep that from happening. It's so easy to do and if you just take a couple of hours one day, you can refill all of your spices and seasoning mixes to last for a few months. Y'all go make you some!

Homemade Seasoned Salt
1/4 cup salt
1 TBSP + 1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp corn starch
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp celery powder
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and add to your 2 oz spice jar. You can add a silica pack to help keep moisture down.
