A older offices PC with the Intel Core2 CPU's can Benchmark down to 1121 with a Intel Core2 Duo E6300 @ 1.86GHz
For 16$ or less you can buy a Q6600 quad core, and with the Ninja hack in this video, it can benchmark 4113 like in this video.
