I have returned back to my first experiments with Solfeggio frequencies that have been converted by interpreting the Solfeggio number as "vibrations per Helek", where Helek is the Old Testament term for timing before "seconds" were even invented. One Helek is precisely three and one third seconds, and it's length of time is based on the natural rotation of the earth (i.e. the time is takes for the earth to rotate 1/72nd of one degree).

So the root frequency in this video is based on the Solfeggio 417, related to the sacral chakra and the release of trauma. For the Helek-converted frequency, we convert 417 vibrations per Helek (3 1/3 seconds) to vibrations per second: 417 * 3 / 10 = 125.1 Hz. Halving this value repeatedly moves to lower octaves and brings us down to a root frequency of 7.81875 Hz. Octaves of this root frequency (including the 2nd harmonic) play in the left channel.
For the right channel, I use the 3rd harmonic of our root, which is 23.45625 Hz. This frequency is tied to our ancestors based on the research from Harmonics of Nature, and forms a dominant/subdominant relationship with the root of trauma release as these tones resonate.
I found the effect of this to be quite powerful, but almost unsettling. Releasing trauma can be hard sometimes!
