It was easy here in Italy to find the ingredients for a Russian Surimi Roll, once you have the lavash. There are plenty of recipe variation to choose from, so here she just demonstrates how to prepare the roll. Once 'rolled' keep it in the fridge for 3 or more hours and enjoy !
