How To Relume A Vintage Watch Dial + Lume Improvement Experiment!

In this video I experiment with trying to restore watch lume to see if its is actually possible or just a rumour! Later in the video I also re-lume the watch dial and show how I do this and how good the Bergeon lume is. Hope you enjoy this episode.
