Will these foods help in overcoming the daytime fatigue that so many of us are unable to overcome? In this video, we will take a look at that.

Water chestnuts (singare) are high in fiber, potassium, manganese, copper, vitamin B6, and riboflavin. Carbohydrates account for the majority of their calories. Ferulic acid, an antioxidant linked to a lower risk of oxidative stress and cancer, is abundant in the flesh of water chestnuts (singaray). A diet rich in high-volume foods can keep you fuller for longer while consuming fewer calories.

Polyphenols are abundant in dried dates (kushk khajoor/choara). These compounds have numerous health benefits, including improved digestion, diabetes management, and even cancer prevention. While many dried fruits contain high levels of polyphenols, dried dates (chuara) are the most abundant.
