On my first day, I had a big portion of momo off the camera, and I fell in love with the concept of the food. You have so much protein and less carb; it is easy to eat and very fast to be prepared. If there was no reason to go back to Nepal, this is definitely the 1 reason that will bring me back to Nepal. But of course, I have many reasons to return to this beautiful country!
