Love a titty and back day....
Main focus atm is growing the upper titty atm and get stronger.
I had to rush this session due to meetings but it just proves you don't need a one hundred exercises to make a workout decent.
Form on the incline titty press can be improved.
Well happy with the calf raises though it just shows the progress in such a short period of time.
