INGREDIENTS;
• Red/Brown rice flour- 2 cups (200 grams)
• Salt- ½ teaspoon
• Oil- ½ tablespoon
• Slightly warm water- 1 & ½ cups or as required
DIRECTIONS;
• Add salt to flour and mix well.
• Add oil. Then gradually add water.
• Knead to soft dough.
• Instantly after kneading, divide the dough into three equal balls.
• Make round flatbread of each ball with the help of hands.
• Cook on hot pan/ tawa.
• Brush some oil on bread, while cooking. Bread must be cook on medium flame.
• Flip the bread after every minute till both sides are done.
