Star Citizen Community Artwork Showcase (As first seen on WWoSC #3)

This Community Artwork Showcase was first seen on the Wonderful World of Star Citizen episode 3!

Hey guys! So a while back (in March), Jared Huckaby (aka DiscoLando) asked me to make a video showcasing the top SC Community artwork. So I immediately went to the forums and checked out a TONNE of Community art!

Picking the top art was INSANELY difficult, as there are so many incredibly talented artists! In the end, it boiled down to 1) What fit the music, 2) What fit the video with minimum overlap (concerning similarities to other already-featured artwork), and 3) What I felt was outside the box in its presentation (IE, I wanted to show artwork that didn't just show ships, but also depicted life and activities in the 'Verse).

But while DiscoLando originally wanted me to make a slideshow presentation, I wanted to go for something much more immersive and captivating - so I decided to add camera pans and sound effects to the video. This proved to be super challenging, as I had never worked with audio like that before, and gathering the sound effects alone was quite the task!

The song I selected is called "Jump Successful And ArcCorp Music" by Pedro Camacho, and was originally featured in the Planetside Demo showcased back in 2014. I really enjoyed the vibes and atmospheric sensations this song gave off, and it was a blast to integrate visual and audio components with it!

Ultimately, I'm really happy how this turned out - I learned a lot about video and audio editing, and I also realized just how phenomenal this Community is!
