1. There’s No Statutory Minimum Investment

To qualify for an E2 visa, you simply need to make a “substantial” investment in a U.S. business—your E2 enterprise— that you will own, direct and develop in the United States.

There’s no statutory minimum, but US consular officials really like to see an investment of at least $100,000.
