e-Doręczenia (e-Delivery)

In this episode we discuss ”e-Delivery” (in Polish “e-Doręczenia”), an electronic document delivery system that will soon revolutionise communication between business and government offices (including tax offices), local administrations and courts. The system will also be made available for communications between private entities, for example between companies or entrepreneurs.

The subject is explained by:
ZUZANNA ŚLADOWSKA, a fifth-year law student, Head of the Corporate Law Study Society at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, legal intern in the Real Estate Practice at Wardyński & Partners. On 5 July 2024 Zuzanna Śladowska won the title of “2nd Runner-Up Miss Poland 2024” (“II Wicemiss Polski 2024”), taking 3rd place in the competition.
