Regional Express Airlines | Cairns - Bamaga | To Australia's True Top End

Flight #3 with REX, and I head to the ultimate destination of this eventful trip in Queensland. I am done with milkruns, so in this video it is a nonstop flight into the northern most airport on the Australian continent - Northern Peninsula Airport (Bamaga).

I sit back, relax and take in what is one of the longest flights in REX's network. Inflight service is top notch and I get to chatting with the FA because I simply stick out like a sore thumb from the normal passenger profile on this flight.

Along the way, we skirt the stunning coastline of northern Queensland and we get the appreciate the vast expanse of lush greenery outlined by white sand beaches. Looking at the Great Barrier Reef from up there was also an added bonus.
