• Medical Expert ( Because bots were already running 2 copies, otherwise get EMT Bag instead )

• Mean Drunk
• Heavy Hitter
• Battle Lust
• Heavy Attack (Multiplies with mean drunk and ignore the pain, also allows the axe to deal with hordes)
• Ignore the Pain (Multiplies with mean drunk and Heavy attack, and never run out of stamina while wailing on a special)
• Face your Fears
• Well Rested (Converts extra real hp into temporary hp)
• Copper Scavenger
• Money Grubbers
• Lucky Pennies

Don't get overconfident and go attack specials head on on No Hope, you still need a few attachments introduced in the DLC to get to this stage, mainly the legendary ones.
