Filmed with a Galaxy S10+. A view of the Salt Creek Bridge and Union Pacific rail line at Shasta Lake. The bridge was built in 1925 but abandoned only 16 years later in 1941 as construction of Shasta Dam proceeded. It was inundated in 1948, but shows again when the lake's level drops. Shasta Lake's elevation during my visit was 885.48 feet, with its full capacity being 1067 feet. This put the lake at about 181.5 feet below that.
