💜Core Challenge Day 3- 15 MINS : Obliques and Rotation💜
Today is day 3 of the 7 day core challenge. We will be focusing on the obliques(sides of our torso) and rotation. The main exercises will be focusing on is side planks, supine oblique twists, heel reaches, and ending with russian twist! This abs class is for all levels! HAVE FUN!

Modification: keep head, neck and shoulders down the entire class
Advancement: hold a center crunch or add ankle weights
