Ingredients
For Paste
3 large Onions, sliced
2 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 no. Cloves
1 no. Black cardamom
2-3 no. Green cardamom
1 inch Cinnamon stick
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 ½ tsp Degi red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 inch Ginger, peeled & sliced
4-5 no. Garlic cloves
2-3 no. Green chillies
2-3 tbsp Oil
10-12 no. Black peppercorns
few Tender Coriander stem
