A must-watch heart-warming conversation between Little Mix star and UNICEF UK supporter, Jade Thirlwall and 17-year-old Somaya from Yemen.
As Jade shares stories of her Grandfather and Yemeni heritage, Somaya shares her experience of life in Yemen during conflict, and now a pandemic. The two also uncover some shared interests!

Although Jade and Somaya’s conversation happened virtually, and their day-to-day experiences are very different; it’s conversations like this, that make us realise there’s more that connects us, than divides us 💙

Yemen remains the largest crisis in the world. The spread of COVID-19 means the country is now facing a further emergency. UNICEF on the ground working around the clock to protect children in Yemen, preserve their future and help them cope with the long-term impact of the conflict.
