Review:-
The CHEVROLET Corvette ZR1 and Grand Sport may look the same but they are nowhere close performance wise. Both cars has amazing handling, responsive and doesn’t lose grip with great cornering ability. However, the Grand Sport is 8 seconds faster than the ZR1 which makes both cars in a completely different leagues. The Grand Sport can compete with the fastest cars in the game (about 4 seconds slower than the RSR) meanwhile the ZR1 can’t. It is also cheaper and has body parts customization. So, all in all buy the Grand Sport and do not buy the ZR1.
Concerning performance parts, the stock 6.2l V8 engine with the Grand Sport at best has 1/4 mile acceleration time of 8.83 seconds (I prefer the 5 speeds because it has better gear ratio)
The 3.9l V8 can have a 1/4 mile acceleration time of 8.80 seconds if you lower the downforce. Thus it has a little more potential theoretically speaking.
But since increasing the downforce will cause both engines to have similar acceleration (8.83 seconds), you can use either the stock 6.2l V8 or the 3.9l V8
As for the ZR1, the best engine swap is the 3.8l V8 Hybrid but since it costs 605,500$ and the car isn’t great performance wise, you can go with the second best option; the 8.4l V10 or the 5.0l V8
