BTW it was raining for most of the night, but that did not stop this from being a FULL HOUSE.
Pechanga Casino is located in Temecula, California. Forget Vegas and come here for NYE instead. This event is FREE. We've been coming to Pechanga (on & off) since December 31, 2011.
