Serena Ryder is a renowned, multiple Juno Award-winning Canadian artist and musician. Serena suggests that if we can listen to all parts of ourself then we can also listen to all parts of other people too. In this TEDxLaurierUniversity talk she speaks of her life growing up, her joy to be working in music and how she has managed to deal with depression. She sees the future with optimism and kindness.
