Alicia Kelly is part of a poetry collective (Bacano Leaf) based in Port of Spain, Trinidad. The track contains samples from her performance of her poem 'The months of the year I remember the most' performed at Think Art Work Studio in Port of Spain. The footage is of Trinidad & Tobago in the 1970s - taken on a cine camera by my mother (there are stories of her filming whilst on the bonnet of the car...).
