The IRON CLAW BAND STORY - 1969, UK

Iron Claw was founded in 1969 in Dumfries, Scotland. They are one of the first proto-metal bands, heavily influenced by Black Sabbath. Despite recording several songs in the early 70s, they failed to release an official album at the time. It was not until 2009 that their archive recordings were collected on the album Iron Claw, highlighting their place in the underground hard rock and heavy psych scene.
