Ingredients 配料:
2 Chicken drumsticks 2个 大鸡腿
300g Potato 300克 马铃薯
1 tablespoon Curry powder 1汤匙 咖喱粉
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙 糖
¼ tablespoon salt ¼汤匙 盐
Chilli Paste 自制辣椒酱：
25g Dried Chilli (Blanched with hot water) 25克 辣椒干 (热水川烫)
50g Small red onion 50克 小葱头
25g garlic 25克 蒜头
8g Turmeric 8克 黄姜
5g Galangal 5克 蓝姜
5g Balacan 5克 峇拉煎
8g Candle nuts 8克 峇角六
