Sparks fly during interview between Rochester mayor and News10NBC anchor

News10NBC spoke with Rochester Mayor Malik Evans on Wednesday to find out if he saw our interview with Border Czar Tom Homan. As reported, Homan reiterated his plan to visit Rochester following a controversial immigration stop that became national news. He criticized the mayor and police chief for calling out r-p-d officers who assisted in the stop. He said he'd be willing to meet with the mayor about the issue.

Wednesday morning, Mayor Malik Evans had a public event to announce the Party in the Park line-up and his assistant said he would be available for off-topic questions afterward. But following the event, the mayor hastily started to leave, was less than eager to talk to News10NBC's Brett Davidsen, and started with insults.
