Sylvania LED Slim Microdisk 6" Lights - Warning

I thought these were going to be great, dimmable LED lights, only use 16 watts of power, can choose different color temperatures, easier to install than the canister lights...turned into a nightmare that I am still dealing with as of 4/28/2025. I bought 30 of these and installed them, all was well for a few weeks then one of them failed, I thought it was a fluke, I did some testing and determined that it was the electronics in the metal box which is attached to the ceiling joist with two screws, I returned it to Menards and they gave me a new one, even though they are easier to install than the canisters you still have to drag out the ladder, get the tools you need, reach up into the 6" hole, fight with unscrewing the old box remove the wiring, remove the romex connectors, get the new box ready to go by taking out the knockouts, installing the romex connectors, mounting the box to the ceiling joist (I should mention that the box is ridiculously small and it is difficult to jam all the wiring into it, and the cover pops off very easily), fight to get the wiring and connectors into the box, so it is still a lot of work to get one of these installed! As of 4/28/2025 I have had 10 of the 30 fail! I just had one fail tonight and that is what prompted me to upload this video, very frustrating!!
When you feel the metal box it is very warm and I am concerned that because of the poor quality and high failure rate that these lights may cause a fire. Menards has been good about replacing the failed lights but it is still a nightmare to get them installed...can you imagine the cost if you had to hire an electrician to replace the failed lights, it would be in the thousands of dollars. I am not sure if I should replace all this junk with some other junk, they are probably all made at the same factory. If anyone has had some good luck with a different brand please let me know in the comments.
