Setting up your Facebook Pixel on your WooCommerce store is the most important step when starting traffic on Facebook. This tutorial will go over the exact steps you need to take to setup your pixel on your store properly.

In the video I mention a 5 second delay on the ViewContent Event.
The logic with the delay is to only fire the pixel for the ViewContent event when the user actually loads the page. Otherwise, you will build audiences that didn't actually see the page, but may have visited. A 5 second delay increases the probability that the user actually saw your content and is actually interested in the page. This data can be used later for Custom Audiences for Retargeting ( • How to Setup Advanced Facebook Retargeting... ) or LookALike Audiences for cold traffic.
EVEN IF YOU ARE USING WORDPRESS FOR LEAD GENERATION AND NOT ECOMMERCE, PIXEL MY SITE PRO WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT WOOCOMMERCE INSTALLED. Simply install WooCommerce and the plugin will start working as expected.
Before we begin, let's get one thing straight - the pixel your site pro plugin is way better than the Facebook pixel. I mean, have you seen the new cAPI? It's like the pixel's distant cousin who moved out to LA and became a successful actor. But alas, this tutorial is about the pixel, so let's get down to business.
First things first, log in to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the "Plugins" menu. Search for the WooCommerce plugin and click the "Install" button. Easy enough, right? Once it's installed, click the "Activate" button to turn it on.
Next, go to the "WooCommerce" menu and click on the "Settings" option. From the settings page, click on the "Integration" tab and scroll down to the "Facebook" section. Here's where the fun begins - you'll see a field to enter your Facebook pixel ID.
But wait, where do you find your pixel ID? Don't worry, just log in to your Facebook Ads account and navigate to the Pixels tab. From here, you can create a new pixel or find the pixel ID for an existing pixel. Just copy and paste it into the WooCommerce settings field. Easy peasy.
Finally, click the "Save changes" button to apply your settings. And just like that, the Facebook pixel is now installed and configured on your WordPress website with WooCommerce. You're welcome.
That's all there is to it! By following these simple (and hilarious) steps, you can easily set up the Facebook pixel on your WordPress website using the WooCommerce plugin. Thanks for watching, and we hope this tutorial has been a barrel of laughs.
