Power Troubadour should be the highest dps Mesmer to take on Qadim with the power block setup, and with how Qadim and his minions attack it should be reasonable to expect a high uptime.
This specific attempt wasn't the best when it came to interrupts for power block/severance but I think it shows the potential of the setup.
Dealing this high damage while taking a portal and not doing boss to pyre portals as well.
