Our Dharma Night class explores aspects of the Buddhist vision, drawing on two and a half thousand years of teachings to find practical application in the modern world. Broadcast live from an in-person class in the LBC shrine room, with a Dharma talk, opportunities to get your questions answered, led meditation and ritual.

The Dhammapada, or ‘Way of Truth’, is a profound expression of ‘Basic Buddhism’. In its short, memorable verses, the Buddha challenges us to practise wholeheartedly – because ‘a tamed mind brings happiness’. Come and listen to the Dharma Night team unpack some of these ancient wisdom-sayings, which, as our founder has said, ‘deserve to be engraved on our hearts in letters of gold – or fire.’
