The second video covering the modification to the frame of my 2002 Sportster Chopper project. In this one I finish connecting the frame down tubes to the neck, install extended front fork tubes and fabricate neck gussets to finish it all off. Final specs are a 2 inch stretch in the back bone, 4 inch rise in the neck, 40 degrees rake, and 6 inch over forks. This makes for an aggressive stance with classic chopper lines.
