Bea*uty is a magazine founded by Beatrice Ullbright in 1998 when she was 35. She founded it in 1998 based on a vision of individual beauty and other beautiful things or ideas. Due to being merged with Blush & Bloom in 2004 its currently a magazine similar to or a combination of magazines such as Allure, Glamour, Self, Marie Claire. This has caused her magazine to struggle & she has struggled to stay inspired to make it. She did not get along with the staff of B & B neither & only recently was able to fire them. Its now 2008 & her magazine is 10 years old. Recently her publisher told her that she needs to get the sales up or her magazine will cease publishing when he buys out other magazines & downsizes. To make matters worse she is now dealing with major health issues.

This story was started in January 2025. In September 2025 I started doing a prequel story in Sims 3 for 1981 when Beatrice graduated High School. I had issues with my save files due to using OneDrive and switched to using a separate Sims 4 save to tell the story. In October I got a second laptop & with OneDrive off I can once again play Sims 3. I am going to use both #sims4 and #sims3 to tell the Prequel story. Beatrice has just graduated HS. She's living at home with her parents Josephine & Beau. Her Aunt Beatrice is in town for her graduation. Growing up her Mother has treated her like a disappointment. Nothing she does is good enough. Her Mother also body shames her for being a bit chubby and having quite the appetite. Her Father while a good man is a coward when it comes to his wife. She's got him wrapped around her finger with her hunger for Woohoo keeping him happy. He can never bring himself to defend his daughter or his sister Beatrice when Josephine is speaking her mind. What events lead this socially awkward overweight Young Lady to start a magazine 17 years later?

Initially I started this series to inspire myself to play the Sims 4 game more but as I have gotten into this I have not only had fun playing the game but I have also taken it a step further and am also attempting to make the magazines using an online flipbook maker. So please be aware that at any moment you may see me playing the game or doing work on the magazine. Or both. Note: The articles in my magazine are not real. I am not an expert. They are pretend. Do your research if something sounds like advice.
I am not a speed builder. I've been playing the Sims since Sims 1 and have tried to find my creative spark with Sims 4. I am a licensed cosmetologist and have in the past collected several magazines.
I currently work in a Grocery Store full time.
Note: While I would love to be able to say my content is kid friendly please note that I cannot guarantee it will stay that way. For starters the subject matter of many magazines was not meant for kids. If you are a kid and watching this it would be nice if you cleared it with mom or dad first. Thank you.
