Ingredients A
Unsalted Butter- 250g
Vanilla Extract- 1 teaspoon
Rum - 1 teaspoon (optional)
Egg yolk - 5
Caster Sugar - 80g
Cake Flour - 200g - sift
Baking Powder -1 teaspoon -sift
Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
Milk - 60ml
Walnuts -80g chopped (toasted at 160°C for 10 minutes)
Chocolate Chips -30g
Ingredients B
Egg Whites - 5 nos
Caster Sugar - 90g
Baking Temperature: 160°C, Center rack
Baking time : +/- 55 minutes
