Deep breaths are needed this morning as I call Hector into my awareness. He appears standing tall and straight. He feels larger than usual and a little more serious.

Hector shares,

"This is a week where it will feel like it's important to stand tall, with feet rooted to the earth.

Almost like we're preparing for strong winds that will try their best to blow us over, but we won't let them.

At times you will feel tired. Tired of being the strong pillar. There will be fleeting desires to relax and let the energy of the wind forces push you around.

If you feel the need to relax remember the strength in grounding to the Earth. Mother Earth provides support to all living beings to don't be shy to lay down in the straight tall form you has while standing. This position can still be empowering while supported by the Earth.

Standing on your own and standing while supported can have the same effect to our bodies and minds, especially our nervous system.

This physical positioning of being straight, standing tall feels important to send the energetic message of not wavering to the environment that surrounds us.

We are safe and secure in our own being. We know what's best for us in this moment.

Stand tall and trust you will be OK.
