Hey everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve given an update on Del Webb’s newest 55+ community in the Charlotte market, Carolina Riverside, a 55+ community in the city of Belmont, NC. So today I will be bringing you up to speed. Hello there, I am Albert Alvarez with The Ally Group Real Estate, here today in Belmont, North Carolina. I will be giving you an overview of what’s happening on the ground in a brand new, premiere 55+ community by renowned developer, Del Webb. I think you’ll agree with me that this is going to be a very special community. So come on and join me. Let’s have a look at Carolina Riverside!
Pulte is releasing lots to accommodate all 3 of the collections offered: Scenic, Distinctive and Echelon. These collections’ base price currently start in the low 400s, low 500s and mid-600s, respectively. Bear in mind, though, that 4 components go towards a home’s final price – the plan’s base price, the lot premium, the cost of structural upgrades and the cost of design studio upgrades. For each of the collections, a final price the Scenic, Distinctive and Echelon collections, a final price that’s $100,000 more than the base price can easily happen depending on your choices.
So what do you think? We feel that with such a beautiful site, with all the amenities that you can imagine, coming from a developer such as Del Webb which is renowned throughout the nation for 55+ communities, a Lifestyle Director here as well, the proximity to historic Belmont, NC, Carolina Riverside really has the potential to become a very very special 55+ community in the Greater Charlotte market. I hope you agree with that too.
One reminder. Please be sure to work with an agent, your own buyer’s agent, anytime you’re going to be dealing or communicating with a builder, including Pulte Homes. As you may or may not know, quite a few these builders including Pulte have very strict policies that your agent must be with you when you first visit the site. Otherwise, they’re not going to pay the agent and you won’t have your own representation. In that case, you’ll be dealing exclusively with the builder’s rep, emphasis on “builder’s rep”. They don’t work for you. Their priority is their bosses, the builder. So please remember to contact us.
